Warranty, Refund & Return Policy:

  • Contact Us First: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service at support@direct3dprinters.com within 2 days of receiving the product to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  • RMA Requirement: All returns require a written RMA number, issued by our Dremel/DigiLab distributor's RMA Department.
  • Warranty & Return Policies: We follow the Manufacturer’s policies for warranty returns, including damaged product returns, stock balance returns, defective returns, and restocking fees. Contact us at support@direct3dprinters.com with warranty issues.
  • RMA Validity: RMA numbers are valid for 15 calendar days from issuance. The product must be returned within this 15-day period.
  • Original Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging, accessories, components, and manuals. Incomplete returns may incur additional fees or be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Defective Products: Returns of defective products are subject to the Manufacturer's policies and restrictions.
  • Reporting Damages: Damaged products must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Failure to notify our customer service and request an RMA within this period will be considered acceptance of the product as received.
  • Condition of Return: Products must be returned in good condition. Damaged or improperly returned items may be rejected and sent back to the customer at our Dremel/DigiLab distributor's discretion.
